Rosa Canina, also known as the Wild Rose, derives from the founder's birth name, Nesreen. Seamstress has been a part of Nesreen's life since childhood. She comes from a lineage deeply rooted in weaving and textiles since the early 1950s.

Her grandfather, a skilled tailor, dedicated his life to sourcing the finest fabrics in Turkey, ensuring his craftsmanship was flawless. He passed down all his knowledge to his daughter, who, in turn, imparted this wisdom to Nesreen. Raised among the threads of her mother and grandfather's skill, Nesreen and her siblings admired and cherished this legacy.
